Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday April 10, 2023 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Randy Pagel, Rodney Morris, Tom Russell and Josh Osborn

Trustee Rodney Morris moved to approve the Minutes of the March 13, 2023 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Jim Rebholz was not in attendance. The March 2023 Treasurer’s Report and YTD Fund Summary was presented to the Board for approval. Reconciled balances for the month ending March 31, 2023 are as follows:

Mayor Mills reported that the issues with the Generator are still being worked out.
The static mixer is still in the process of being fixed.
NEW BUSINESS:
Vacating Streets and AlleysAttorney Ehrgott has received a request for a hearing on access to a vacated alley. The hearing will take place on May 8, 2023 at 6:30pm. Attorney Ehrgott will take care of posting the required notice.

Mayor Mills noted that we have received an e-mail about a proposed Solar Farm at 2600 North Road just North of I-55
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to exit Regular Session and enter into Executive Session at 7:31pm to discuss annual personnel salary and benefits; second by Trustee Trisha Biernat;
