Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted. Roll Call Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, David Thome, Randy Pagel, and Steve Verdun Staff Present: Iris Thorne, Jim Rebholz Village Attorney Present: Nick Ehrgott Guests Present: Don Emberling Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Mills led the Pledge of Allegiance Minutes of January 8, 2024 Regular Meeting; January 16, 2024 Special Meeting; & February 12, 1024 Regular Board Meeting Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the January 8, 2024; January 16, 2024; and February 12, 2024 Minutes; second by Trustee David Thome; Approved by roll call vote: Yeas: Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Randy Pagel, and Steve Verdun - 4; Nays: None Treasurer's Report The Treasurer's report of Bank Ending Balances and the Fund Summary for the months ending January 31, 2024 and February 29, 2024 are present for review and approval.
