Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday June 12, 2023 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the Minutes of the May 8, 2023 Hearing and Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Jim Rebholz was not in attendance. The May 2023 Treasurer’s Report and YTD Fund Summary was presented to the Board for approval. Reconciled balances for the month ending May 31, 2023 are as follows:

The FY proposed working budget was presented and reviewed at the May 8, 2023 Regular Board Meeting.
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the working budget for the 2023-2024 FY; second by Trustee Tom Russell;
