Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday March 13, 2023 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Mayor Mills reported that the issues with the Generator are still being worked out.
The static mixer is still in the process of being fixed.

Micah Vetter from CVP Solar Farms gave a presentation on the proposed “Cayuga Solar Farm”.
Mayor Mills passed out pictures of City Hall roof that is rusting. He has received and accepted a quote from Uniflex Rust Preventer for $ 6,600.00 to fix the roof.
