Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday November 13, 2023 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Randy Pagel, and Tom Russell

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the Minutes of the October 10, 2023 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Jim Rebholz was not in attendance. The October 31, 2023 Treasurer’s Report and YTD Fund Summary was presented to the Board for approval. Reconciled balances for the month ending October 31, 2023 are as follows:

Board Listing Report #219 ran on November 13, 2023 at 2:25pm representing all bills for the Village due in November; Board Listing Report #220 ran on November 13, 2023 at 3:12pm representing all bills for Tourism due in November, and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for November for $9,234.72 were presented for payment approval.

Police Report
A Livingston County Sheriff’s Office deputy was present to review the Police Activity Report for Odell for the month of October.
Public Forum (at Mayor’s discretion)
In reference to the complaint regarding odor nuisance on Tremont St, which was filed with Adult Protective Services, Attorney Ehrgott explained he has not heard back from them to date. The feeding of stray cats in the same neighborhood will be addressed.
It was noted that the pile of gravel off of Prairie Street has been leveled, as the owner stated he would do at the October meeting.

Lift Station Repairs
Mayor Mills presented an estimate for $24,560.00 for the repairs needed inside the lift station #2 from G. A. Rich & Sons.
Trustee Tom Russel moved to approve the estimate from G. A. Rich & sons to rebuild the inside of lift station #2; second by Trustee Brian Verdun;

Steve Verdun has agreed to serve on the board in the seat vacated by Rodney Morris.
