Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday, September 30, 2013, a Special Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm., at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Joyner presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee Members were physically present: Mayor Terry Joyner, Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Matt Weaver, Phaela Hodges, and Herman Fearman
Staff Present: Rich Ribordy
Village Attorney Present: Ed Legner, Steven Mann
Guests Present:
Mayor Joyner called the meeting to order at 7:00pm., at which time a majority of a quorum was present

Mayor Joyner led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Executive Session
Clearwell
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to go into Executive Session at 7:05pm to discuss the clearwell and potential litigation; second by Herman Fearman;

Resume Regular Session
Trustee Jamie Johnson moved to exit Executive Session at 8:03pm; second by Phaela Hodges;

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to have Farnsworth Engineering Firm oversee the next stage of the clearwell repair; second by Jamie Johnson;

Jamie Johnson moved to proceed with having an expert, of our Attorney’s recommendation, and with the Mayor’s approval, to review and analyze the clearwell; second by Matt Weaver;
